Responsibilities
IT Technician
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
* Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices and other IT equipment.
* Troubleshoot basic network, internet and system problems.
* Perform routine maintenance and ensure IT equipment is in good working condition.
* Assist with software installation, updates and user account setup.
* Maintain records of IT equipment and provide technical support when required.
* Assist with other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
