Adept at Process Improvement methodologies, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control standards and procedures, ensuring products meet specified requirements and customer expectations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective communication within the diverse workforce and with regional partners.

Oversee and manage all daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products, meeting established quality standards and production targets.

Develop, implement, and monitor production plans and schedules, coordinating with various departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and conducting regular performance reviews and training.
