Proficiency in relevant software and tools for trade management and merchandising.

Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and oversee all aspects of foreign trade operations, including import and export processes.

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, visual appeal, and sales performance.

Source and negotiate with international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality of goods.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and product innovations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless product flow.

Prepare and present regular reports on foreign trade activities, sales performance, and merchandising effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and customs requirements.
