Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality
Ensure service standards and response targets are consistently met
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues when required
Responsibilities
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
Able to handle pressure and solve problems
Responsible and willing to learn
