Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess formal training or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–6 years of practical experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning (for Mid-Level / Experienced Technician positions).

  • Strong knowledge in air conditioning installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.

  • Possess good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills to deal with customers and coordinate with colleagues.

  • Possess a valid driving license (GDL license is an advantage).

  • Industrial training students and fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply. Guidance and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service maintainance, and repair commercial and residential air conditioning systems

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose air-conditioning and refrigeration issues

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance

  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety standards

  • Assist with the procurement of necessary parts and materials

  • Prepare service reports and documentation

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
