Demonstrate a strong understanding of optical fiber installation techniques and best practices.

Capable of performing network maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.

Proficient in working with fiber optics and related telecommunications equipment.

Ability to provide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges.

Skilled in troubleshooting network problems and implementing effective solutions.

Experience in installing telecommunications equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

Knowledgeable in network installation procedures, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with colleagues and clients.

Own transport and able to travel within Kuala Lumpur / Selangor

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic networks, including signal loss, connectivity problems, and equipment malfunctions.

Install telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and other network devices, ensuring proper configuration and integration with existing infrastructure.

Conduct network maintenance activities, such as routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs, to minimize downtime and maintain network reliability.
