2–3 years’ experience in hotel or resort operations (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Oversee and ensure smooth daily resort operations by coordinating departments, managing resources, and supporting the Resort Manager to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Scope
Supervise daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and kitchen
Monitor guest services, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain hospitality standards
Assist in operational planning, staff scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, and reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
