Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Self-motivated, well organized and responsible

Good team player and able to work well with others

Able to handle confidential information professionally

Able to start work in short notice would be an advantage

Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.

Liaise and communicate with potential candidates who applied through various job platforms and provide requested information.

Help maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is easy to find and up-to-date.

General clerical duties including photocopying and mailing.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Perform any ad-hoc administrative HR tasks as assigned.
