Responsibilities
Perform professional facial and body treatments and skin analysis. Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform professional facial and body treatments and skin analysis
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customers' treatment progress
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Update customer treatment records accurately
- Participate in company training and product knowledge sessions
About you
- Beauty Academy training, Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics, or relevant internship/training experience
- Experience in beauty, facial, spa, or aesthetic industry is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and passionate about beauty
