Requirements
- Minimum SPM / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Basic accounting knowledge required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL preferred).
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Honest, responsible and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Assist with monthly accounts closing and financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Assist with stock and inventory reconciliation.
