We are looking for a results-driven Business Solutions Specialist to drive business growth through new client acquisition and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has proven inside sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and messages to develop new markets and generate leads.
Qualify prospects, prepare quotations and business proposals, and close sales through phone and virtual channels.
Understand customer needs and present appropriate copier, print, and office equipment solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities in accordance with company processes.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records using SAP CRM.
Provide excellent after-sales support while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support team objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in inside sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the printing, copier, or office equipment industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM and sales tools; SAP CRM experience is an advantage.
Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
