Part-Time Customer Experience (CX) – Mandarin Speaker

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay: RM12.50 per hour, RM100 for 8 hours, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Part-Time Customer Experience (CX) to support our team in handling customer enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, appointments, quotations and orders.
• Assist with customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.
• Update customer information and follow up on pending cases.
• Ensure customers receive a positive and professional experience.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking is mandatory.
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Previous experience in customer service, CX, sales support, retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, patient and customer-oriented.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace and basic computer systems.
• Students, fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Working Arrangement

• Part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
• RM12.50/hour for entry-level candidates.
• Weekend availability is an advantage.
