Position: Accounting & Procurement Intern

We are looking for a motivated and responsible intern to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment records, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with purchase orders (PO), supplier quotations, and procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Assist in monitoring raw material stock levels and updating inventory records.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months internship period (WAJIB / MANDATORY).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
