Responsibilities
Staff Management
Hire, train, and onboard new cleaning personnel.
Create work schedules and assign daily tasks.
Monitor employee performance and conduct reviews.
Handle attendance, resolve team conflicts, and motivate staff.
Operations and Quality Control
Inspect facilities regularly to make sure cleaning meets high standar
Oversee routine and deep-cleaning projects.
Address client or guest complaints and fix issues quickly.
Report maintenance problems, like broken fixtures, to the proper department.
Inventory and Budgeting
Track and order cleaning supplies, tools, and uniforms.
Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.
Keep records of equipment maintenance and inventory levels
Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety laws(s
Train workers on proper chemical handling and hazardous materials procedures
