We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Weekend Kitchen Crew to join our café team! This role is ideal for someone with basic kitchen experience who enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced environment and is available to commit to regular weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation, including cutting, marinating, and preparing ingredients under the guidance of the Chef or Manager.
• Handle dishwashing and ensure kitchen utensils, equipment, and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of kitchen workstations and preparation areas.
• Assist with basic kitchen operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Support other ad-hoc café and operational tasks as assigned by the Chef or Manager.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Preferably with prior kitchen experience and familiarity with basic kitchen operations.
• Must possess a valid typhoid vaccination certificate.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and a positive working attitude.
• Able to commit to regular Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Working Schedule & Payment

• Working Days: Every Saturday & Sunday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours per shift)
• Hourly Rate: RM12.00/hour
• Parking Allowance: Additional RM50 for crew who can commit to every weekend, subject to submission and approval of parking claims.
• Crew Meal: May be provided when working hours are extended beyond the scheduled shift.
