Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform general nursing duties for house call visits
• Ensure delivery of safe & competent nursing care in compliance with nursing standards of practice.
• Assist and accompany doctors for home medical visits.
• Assisting in health promotion, health screening and counseling services.
• Update and maintain SOPs for nursing procedures as needed to provide hospital level care at home.
• Ensure proper & accurate registration of patients in the electronic medical records
• Ensure ground nurses are properly trained to conduct patient follow-up calls on services rendered.
• Ensuring an adequate supply of medications and medical equipment for home visits
• Ensure patient satisfaction through excellent service & nursing delivery
• Demonstrates flexible work style with the willingness to learn & problem-solving skills
• Introduce or facilitate training programs and certification to grow and invest in Speedoc’s ground nursing team.
• Monitor budget and expenditure to ensure efficient and effective use of consumables
• Assist in any nursing requests on an ad-hoc basis

All Staff Nurses of Speedoc Malaysia must hold a valid nursing Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Malaysia Nursing Board and a valid BCLS certificate during the time of your employment. Also, he/she must have a Class D Driver’s License.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
