Responsibilities:

• Participate in the configuration, enhancement, and support of internal business applications.
• Assist in data collection, preparation, validation, and analysis to support business reporting.
• Support Power BI dashboard development, enhancement, and maintenance.
• Assist in Power Apps and Power Automate development for business process improvement.
• Support business analytics activities to gather, analyze, and visualize data for decision-making.
• Contribute to the update, optimization, and usage of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Assist team members in troubleshooting technical or application-related issues.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on IT, data, and digitalization initiatives.
• Document workflows, processes, technical configurations, procedures, and user guides for knowledge sharing.
• Engage in collaborative project work and continuous learning activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and its analytics capabilities.
• Basic understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar digital tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
