At least High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin.

Team player with Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Communicating with customers through various channels.( WhatsApp& phone call) 

Process customer orders 

Track and updates customers shipment status 

Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 

Responsible for sales of products.

Assisting department manager with assigned departmental tasks.
