Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Science, Nursing or any relevant studies.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in any sector in the healthcare industry or equivalent.

Proficient in Excel, Word document applications and office suites.

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to write Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Engagement and Recruitment: Build relationships with internal and external specialists to identify needs and opportunities.

Engagement and Recruitment: Organise engagement sessions such as meetings and CMEs to develop, improve and promote hospital services.

Market and Pricing: Monitor industry trends, competitors and pricing to keep services competitive.

Market and Pricing: Recommend improvements to products, services and policies based on insights.

Administration and Reporting: Handle administrative tasks, reports and performance analysis.

Administration and Reporting: Prepare and submit regular work plans and progress reports.
