Finance Executive (Real Estate Agency) - Kota Damansara/PJ

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform day to day accounting operations, including general accounting, account receivable, account payable related to each individual companies of the Group to support the timely completion of monthly management accounts and financial reports.

2. To provide breakdown and perform reconciliation to all Balance Sheets accounts on monthly basis especially the Bank Reconciliation

3. To support the preparation of financial reports, year-end closing management account and ensure deadlines are met.

4. To monitor closely on operational cash flow to ensure sufficient fund to meet the business and operational requirement.

5. Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirement.

6. Liaision with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.

7. To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Well organized, detailed, analytical, systematic, cost conscious, good interpersonal and communication skills.

2 Proficient in accounting system(s) and MS Office package (Excel, etc.)

3. A team player, dynamic with mature personality, confident and able to work with minimum supervision;

4. Candidate who can start work immediately will be an added advantage

5. Good command of Mandarin and English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers

• Full Set Accounts Experience
• Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliation Excel Proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
