• Able to write clear Mandarin captions and marketing content, and communicate comfortably in English for daily instructions and updates.

• Able to use Canva and CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and short-form video content.

• Organised, attentive to detail and able to complete tasks within agreed deadlines.

• Able to follow provided branding and instructions, while contributing practical content ideas.

• Available to work on-site at The Robertson, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, on agreed working days.

• Able to commit to a regular weekly working schedule and provide consistent progress updates.

• Assist with ongoing social media content and property marketing activities.

• Create Canva visuals, carousels and simple promotional materials using provided branding and property information.

• Edit property footage into short videos and Reels, including captions, subtitles and basic transitions.

• Draft Mandarin social media captions, property descriptions and WhatsApp marketing materials, and assist with English versions for review.

• Maintain a weekly content calendar and schedule or publish approved posts.

• Upload and update property advertisements, including photos, descriptions and availability.

• Organise property photos, videos and marketing materials into clearly labelled folders.

• Assist with taking property photos and videos during arranged visits when required.

• Compile approved property information and images for customer presentations and website updates.

• Track basic content performance and suggest practical improvements.

• Maintain a task checklist, provide a brief update each working day and attend a weekly progress review.

• Highlight missing information or pending approvals early so tasks can move forward.

Working days and hours will be agreed before commencement. Weekly tasks and deadlines will be planned according to those hours.
