Responsibilities
工作職責:
核算與經營分析 :統籌單位管理報表及經營資料月報的編制,深入業務提煉關鍵指標,輸出深度經營洞察,支援經營決策;主導決算報表合併、資料關賬與品質審核,編寫決算說明書,確保資料真實準確與合規。
預算及過程管控 :組織並編報年度執行預算與滾動預算,建立動態預警與偏差糾偏機制,強化全流程管控。
財務智數化建設 :推動財務系統的數位化與智慧化升級,主導或參與系統需求分析、落地及持續優化。
稅務籌劃與支持: 主導重大經營動作與交易架構的稅務籌畫,深入前端業務提供事前稅務支援,降低綜合稅負。
財務風險管控 :全面貫徹財稅法規與上級制度,嚴控會計核算、業務支付與稅務申報的合規性,完善內控防線並主導應對各類外部審計與監管檢查。
內外溝通與綜合事務 :協同內部跨部門及外部合作單位推進專案落地;承接上級單位報表填報及領導交辦的其他綜合事務。
Key Responsibilities
Management reporting & analysis – Prepare monthly management accounts and operational dashboards; extract KPIs and deliver actionable insights for decision‑making; lead final account consolidation, closing, and quality review; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Budgeting & process control – Compile annual budgets and rolling forecasts; set up early‑warning and correction mechanisms to strengthen full‑cycle control.
Digital finance – Drive system upgrades (digital/intelligent); participate in requirement analysis, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Tax planning – Lead tax structuring for major transactions; provide upfront tax advice to reduce overall tax burden.
Risk & compliance – Enforce regulations and internal policies; ensure compliance in accounting, payments, and tax filings; strengthen internal controls and handle external audits/inspections.
Coordination & general tasks – Collaborate across departments and with external partners; complete regulatory reports and other assignments from leadership.
任職資格:
學歷與專業 :本科及以上學歷;財務管理、會計學、審計學、財政學等相關專業。
工作經驗 :10年以上財務經驗。有物流、倉儲、產業地產等重資產行業財務管理經驗者優先;有預算管理、決算編制、財務數位化專案推進、內控體系建設經驗者優先。
專業技能 :精通全盤帳務處理、預算管理、稅務籌畫及資產管理,具備優秀的財務分析與風險把控能力。
綜合素質 :具備卓越的跨部門溝通協調能力、原則性強、抗壓及團隊協作精神,工作細緻嚴謹。
具豐富相關經驗者,可獲考慮聘任為副經理/經理;實際職級及薪酬將視乎經驗、能力及面試表現而定。
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or above in Finance/Accounting/Auditing/Public Finance or related.
Experience: 10+ years in finance, preferably in asset‑heavy industries (logistics, warehousing, real estate) with proven exposure to budgeting, final accounts, digital finance projects, and internal controls.
Skills: Proficient in full‑set accounting, budgeting, tax planning, and asset management; strong analytical and risk‑control abilities.
Competencies: Excellent cross‑functional communication, integrity, resilience, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
Candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered for Deputy Manager / Manager; actual title and remuneration will depend on experience and interview performance.
