Responsibilities
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
2. Process invoices for all CCA budgets
3. Prepare and monitor timesheet of CCA instructors
4. Assist with data entry work for mid-year budget review
Provide support for the student collections for enrichment programme and purchase of iPads
