Milestone Production Hiring! Internship - Event Management in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 1,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing concerts, live shows, corporate events and brand activations.
• Support event preparation, scheduling, logistics and operational arrangements.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, artistes, clients and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, presentation materials, run sheets and documentation.
• Participate in event site setup, rehearsals and on-ground operations.
• Support event registration, guest management and event coordination.
• Assist in monitoring event progress and resolving operational issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to event and show management.

Requirements & Skills

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Strong interest in event planning, concerts, entertainment and live productions.
• Good organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and a good team player.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to learn and participate actively in event operations.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya (PJ), Selangor.
• Flexible to support events during evenings, weekends or public holidays when required, subject to applicable arrangements.
• Internship Duration: Minimum 3 Months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
