I have received a job offer from company, and have been asked the hr how many annual leave will I acquire, but they said that I will only get to know the annual leave once I confirm, what should I do?

May I know why they can’t tell me how many days of annual leave I will get before confirm the job.

base on Malaysia employment act 1955, minimum 8 days per years. you can confirm first, but before you sign the LOA , LOA got mention the annual leave, you still have your right to made decision.
