About Zublin Precast Industries Sdn Bhd

Züblin Precast Industries Sdn Bhd was established in December 2014. The construction of the factory commenced in April 2013 and covers an area of 12 acres. The overall works were completed in December 2014.

The facilities are located only 45 kilometers away from Singapore and were constructed on a land area of 50,000 square meters. The factory has 11,000 square meters of covered space for the production activities in three production bays. The production facility has a state of the art equipment such as automatic cage welding machines, automatic stirrup bending machine, vacuum operated segment handling system, steam curing facilities and a 50 cubic meter per hour capacity batching plant as well as a high-tech materials laboratory.

The projected annual production will be 4000 tunnel rings and 2000 pipes serving infrastructure construction markets in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. A workforce of 96 people is operating in double shifts being managed and supported by 15 staff members.
