Key Responsibilities

Prepare and produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods while ensuring consistent quality;
Execute daily production plans efficiently to meet store or production requirements;
Train and mentor junior staff, improving overall team skills and productivity;
Collaborate with the R&D team to improve recipes and baking techniques;
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and clean work environment;
Assist with inventory management, raw material usage, and cost control.

6. 协助库存管理、原料消耗及成本控制工作。

Requirements

Extensive baking experience, with solid knowledge of bread, cakes, and pastry production;
Proven experience in training or leading a small team;
Previous work experience at other well-known bakery chains is highly preferred;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle work pressure;
Passionate about baking and willing to share knowledge to develop the team;
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
