We oversaw the current program while also seeking out new and engaging programs. This particular program is tailored for disadvantaged or dropout students who may not excel academically but are interested in hands-on work. Our coworkers are engaging and quickly become friends, making the job more enjoyable. The biggest challenge is the inconsistent direction from management, which requires more discussion and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures to streamline the program. The most rewarding aspect of the job is traveling to meet program candidates and being able to assist those in need.
