Every day at Yayasan Bank Rakyat was filled with excitement and enjoyment. I gained valuable knowledge about the company's products, administration, and human development. The most challenging aspect was handling customer service at the front desk due to my lack of confidence, but it ultimately helped me build my self-assurance. The highlight of my internship was participating in the weekly "Riadah" activities every Wednesday at 4.30pm, where all company members engaged in physical activities led by managers from various departments.
