Y2M Co. Sdn Bhd and Yau & Associates are involved in the provision of consulting and legal services. They are boutique practices with clients who are principally public listed companies in Malaysia and abroad. The two firms advise and consult in the areas of overseas investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments. A further specialisation is in the area of large technology and engineering projects.

The principal of the two firms is a lawyer who has practised and worked in Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia, in local law firms as well as large multinational corporations, in commercial and strategic positions.
