Xplorasia was incorporated in Shenzhen in year 2018. Its main business is to build and to operate a digital platform for the Chinese outbound tourism market. Its other upcoming main business is inclusive of online Chinese outbound travel, social media and video operations, and cross-border e-commerce. Xplorasia's R&D headquarters is currently located in Jinan, Shandong and another branch in Beijing, while the operation headquarters is located in Guangzhou.

Xplora Asia (M) Sdn Bhd is the Malaysia branch that is to recruit tourism merchants and to assist them on board into Xplorasia platform.
