JOB OVERVIEW

Ensures that the business activities and operations of the Money Services Business (MSB) in the Company primarily those related to AML/CFT/CPF is compliant and adheres to all relevant regulations and laws. Acts as the central point of contact for all compliance matters on MSB within the Company. Has the necessary knowledge qualification, certification and accreditation to perform the compliance functions for the Company.

JOB REPSONSIBILITIES

1.Ensuring compliance & maintaining compliance framework.

2.Monitoring, reporting of suspicious transactions and auditing.

3.Liasion with Regulatory Bodies.

4.Training and awareness for internal staff to create a culture of compliance.

5.Staying updated of changes in compliance and regulatory and advise relevant stakeholders and internal staff.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Law, Legal Management, Public Administration, or other relevant fields.

2.Practical experience in compliance, specifically in AML/CFT regulations and processes.

3.Certification/accreditation by a recognized compliance or AML/CFT certification body is highly encouraged, in line with BNM’s requirements.

4.Able to work independently and liaise confidently with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
