Wright Synergy was incorporated in Malaysia under The Malaysia Companies Act 1965 on 2009. Wright Synergy has since expanded become a leading provider of comprehensive engineering recruitment services which includes executive search, advertised selection and permanent & contract staffing. Wright Synergy services the Engineering recruitment needs of a wide range of industries including Aerospace, Chemical, Construction, Electrical / Instrumentation, Electronics, Energy, Marine, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Oil & Gas, Power, Quality and Telecommunications.

 

The founder was involved in the Civil & Construction Industries for more than 20 years. He has worked with several leading Civil & Construction companies as one of the top management and eventually established his own building materials company in 2000. He was involved in some of the mega projects in Malaysia such as Kuala Lumpur Twin City Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur New International Airport (KLIA), Putrajaya Government’s Offices, KL Sentral Transportation Terminal, Westport etc. prior forming Wright Synergy.
