About Windsor Trade Sdn. Bhd.

Windsor Trade Sdn Bhd (WTSB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 14th April 1997, as a private limited company.

The principal activities of the company are to carry out the business as importers, exporters, general merchants, wholesalers, retailers, distributors’ agents, commission agents and dealers in general merchandise, goods, product and articles of all kinds and descriptions, whether manufactured by machines or by hand or in a raw state, and to buy, sell, barter exchange or otherwise deal in the same.

WTSB’s other activities include that of an investment holding company and for that purpose to acquire and hold either in the name of the company or in that of any nominee, shares, stocks, bonds, notes, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any government, sovereign ruler, commissioners, public body or authority, supreme, dependent, municipal, local or otherwise in any part of the world.
