The most challenging aspect of my job is also the most exciting for me to learn from - managing 46 confined space workers across 4 teams with varying tasks in confined spaces. I am learning how to effectively manage projects, safety protocols, and the work environment. My co-workers provide excellent support for our tasks, making the work enjoyable. The toughest part of the job is when auditors visit the site, but the most enjoyable moments are when I give my co-workers morning or evening briefings before we start our work.

The workload is extensive, requiring me to work seven days a week for up to 16 hours a day, including public holidays and festive seasons. I have to arrive at the office early in the morning as I am responsible for the office key, and also need to be the last to leave. Despite the demanding schedule, I have had the opportunity to learn new things and collaborate with officers from different government departments. The management is supportive and cooperative with all employees, who come from diverse racial and religious backgrounds, including some from Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
