Hello, I have been interning at the IT Helpdesk in the IT Department for the past 3 months, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm each week. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills during my time here, such as assembling and disassembling computer hardware, as well as formatting, installing, and upgrading various software used by the company.
