I worked from 7am to 4.30pm with frequent overtime until 10pm. I received training in electrical termination, cable assembly, and cable gland installation, such as sealing and hand-tightening cables from motors to distribution boards. The management was excellent with a strong leader. They introduced a mandatory half-hour exercise session every morning for all employees, enforced by the safety management team. I faced few obstacles on the job as everyone was helpful and supportive. We were provided with free transportation, meals, and accommodation.
