Company Description
We are a professional firm based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, dedicated to providing comprehensive legal support to a UK immigration law firm. Our work covers all aspects of UK immigration matters, including preparing paperwork, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination with our UK partners.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage legal documents related to UK immigration cases.
Liaise with clients and handle communications in both English and Mandarin.
Conduct research and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate case records.
Assist senior team members with follow-ups and coordination on ongoing matters.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Legal background is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Law, Legal Studies, or related field).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
