Daily responsibilities involve quality control for DNA extraction kits. I gained knowledge about the various applications and types of extraction kits, as well as the different types of Taq polymerases used in PCR. Each task has a specific timeline. The staff are welcoming and eager to provide guidance and support. It is an enjoyable environment for learning, as I had the chance to conduct research on extracting fungal DNA. The most challenging aspect of the job is the early morning commute and traffic. Overall, I appreciated the experiences, colleagues, and work at Vivantis Technologies.
