The principal mentored me as a recent graduate, assigning me to different projects over a period of 2-3 years. The management and technical staff were very supportive and had a family-like atmosphere. The company organized annual holiday trips, both locally and overseas, and recognized staff for completing projects. I was proud to be part of the team that finished a 2-story apartment project 9 months ahead of schedule.
