Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with different property developers and agencies, gaining valuable exposure to various business models, strategies, and approaches within the industry. Joining Vince Properties gave me the opportunity to apply my experience in a more dynamic environment. I was trusted to contribute ideas, develop strategies, and be involved in projects where my input could create meaningful impact. Being surrounded by a younger, dynamic group of individuals brings a fresh perspective and creates an environment where everyone works closely together towards a shared goal. The willingness of everyone to collaborate, support one another, and share ideas makes every challenge more enjoyable and rewarding. My journey started as a Chemical Engineer, where I built my foundation in problem solving, analysis, and technical thinking. MCO period took me in a different direction and I transitioned into the property industry as a Property Agent. That experience helped me discover a different side of myself. Joining Vince Properties became a turning point where I could fully explore these strengths. I found a role that aligned with my passion — one that requires strategic thinking, foresight, and planning for the future. For the first time, I felt my ideas and abilities were recognised, trusted, and valued. I am grateful for the trust and flexibility given to me to take initiative, make decisions, and execute my ideas. This journey has allowed me to grow not only as a professional, but also as a leader.

When I first joined Vince Properties as a Sales Admin Executive, I never imagined how much I would grow — not only professionally, but personally as well. One of my biggest challenges was learning how to work effectively within a team. Communicating, collaborating, and adapting to different working styles were areas I knew I needed to improve. With time, guidance, and the support of my teammates, I slowly stepped out of my comfort zone. I learned to communicate better, take ownership of my responsibilities, and become someone who could support others. Today, I’m grateful to have grown into the role of Sales Admin Team Lead, where I have the opportunity to manage and guide my own team. I’m truly thankful for the amazing culture at Vince Properties and the teammates who are always willing to help, share knowledge, and support one another. I’ve also enjoyed the memorable moments created through annual events and company-organised activities that bring everyone closer.

I started my career in 2023 as a Graphic Designer, and it has been an incredible journey of growth, challenges, and learning.As an introverted kid, I always expressed myself through visuals rather than words. That passion led me into design, where I discovered creativity and storytelling. Joining Vince Properties changed everything. What began as designing visuals grew into understanding branding, marketing strategy, customer behavior, and how content drives business impact. I was encouraged to step out of my comfort zone, communicating ideas, collaborating with teams, and taking ownership beyond design work. The shift from Graphic Designer to Assistant Marketing Manager didn’t happen overnight. It came through continuous learning, challenges, and a supportive team that believed in my potential.
