Many people walk out of physician’s office not knowing what they were told or supposed to do. Most of the time, telling patient once or twice is usually not enough to get patient’s attention. After seeing many people fail to follow a routine medical advice simply because it is incomprehensible to them, those fact hit me like stones, and I had a sudden insight.

“Healthcare should not be incomprehensible and beyond reach.”

We need more people who cares and willing to listen to patients' stories until we see a smile on their face.

So, in 2013, together with my partner, we established Vcare Pharmacy with one common goal in mind ——— to improve the quality of care for patient and community. We believe that pharmacy is not only about art of medicine and dispensing, it also about care for humanity.
