UTeM Holdings Sdn Bhd was established on 4th May 2006 with Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) as the sole shareholder.

Presently UTeM Holdings is concentrating on developing and participating in sustainable business undertakings in order to become a sustainable contributor to UTeM's annual revenue. Among portfolios involved are in education, facility management, energy, agriculture, and food & beverages.
