1. The salary range is typically between 3,000 to 3,500, depending on experience, but the allowances are quite good. The manager and colleagues are extremely supportive. They are kind, helpful, and patient in guiding you on handling calls and processes. I truly enjoy working with them. 3. The management team is surprisingly humble. They are open to hearing your thoughts and challenges, and are willing to lend a hand if needed. Their willingness to listen is commendable. 4. The company is highly regulated, and everything is done according to standard operating procedures. 5. Leave approvals are processed quickly.
