Job Description:

Typhoon Autoparts (Bercham) is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our online sales channels and social media presence. The role includes managing Shopee & TikTok Shop, creating engaging content for social media, and supporting sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, orders, and customer service on Shopee & TikTok Shop.
Create content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and support sales growth.
Track performance and report sales results.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Multimedia, or related fields.
Experience managing Shopee / TikTok Shop / E-Commerce platforms (bonus).
Creative with strong social media content skills.
Proficient in smartphone and basic editing apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
Responsible, disciplined, and a team player.
Good communication skills.
Passionate about the automotive / autoparts industry.
