【Requirements】

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of sales/business development experience; prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is a plus.
Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing ecosystem in Penang and the Northern Region is preferred.
Proficient in Mandarin and English – required for liaising with China HQ and Chinese-speaking clients.
Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
Possess a valid driving licence and able to visit clients independently.
Resilient under pressure and goal-oriented.
Candidates with existing client networks may be considered with relaxed educational requirements.

【Compensation & Benefits】

Basic salary: RM 4,000 – 6,000/month
Performance commission: calculated on monthly/quarterly performance (target total income 20–30% above base)
EPF + SOCSO + EIS (statutory)
Transport allowance: RM 500–800/month (including petrol claims)
Phone allowance: RM 100/month
Outpatient medical + hospitalisation insurance
Year-end bonus (subject to company and individual performance)
Probation period: 3 months
