We are looking for an experienced and proactive leader who can bridge the gap between the Principal and the execution team. This individual should be highly organized, commercially driven, and capable of turning business objectives into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting business performance to senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring every aspect of the TikTok operation is executed efficiently to achieve sales and growth targets.

This role will serve as the single point of accountability for the entire TikTok operation, ensuring clear communication with the Principal while driving operational excellence across all departments.

We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or TikTok Shop operations.
Proven experience managing key clients or brand accounts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and provide strategic recommendations.
Experience preparing business reports and presenting to senior management.
Familiar with TikTok Shop, live commerce, affiliate marketing, and social commerce ecosystems.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and able to speak in Mandarin

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the overall TikTok business strategy to achieve the client's sales and growth objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of all TikTok marketing initiatives, including content, livestreaming, affiliate marketing, and campaign strategies.
Ensure all KPIs and business objectives are achieved according to the agreed roadmap.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact between the client (Principal) and the operations team.
Build strong working relationships with the client's management team.
Understand the client's business goals and translate them into actionable execution plans.
Manage client expectations and provide strategic recommendations for continuous business growth.

Project & Team Management

Oversee the execution of all TikTok operational activities across the Official Store, Lifestyle, and Entertainment accounts.
Coordinate internal teams including Operations, Content, Live Streaming, Affiliate, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed timelines.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Conduct daily performance reviews across all TikTok operations.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the client.
Monitor key business metrics including:
GMV Performance
Sales Performance
Live Streaming Performance
Host Performance
Video Performance
Affiliate Performance
Advertising Performance
Campaign Results
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Business Growth

Identify new opportunities to grow sales and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze competitors, market trends, and TikTok platform updates.
Lead quarterly business reviews and annual business planning with the client.
Drive continuous optimization across all business functions.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
