At Transport Events Management, my primary responsibility is to support my managers by contacting clients to ensure event contracts are followed up on. Through this role, I have gained valuable experience in administration and event management. I work closely with my colleagues, who are always willing to help and collaborate as a team. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing comprehensive packages for my boss. The most challenging aspect of my job is when clients do not respond, requiring us to persistently follow up until we receive the signed contract. However, the most rewarding part of my job is the supportive and collaborative environment created by my colleagues.
