The atmosphere is relaxed at that location. There is no requirement to dress formally with a shirt and tie if you are part of the upstairs team because you do not interact with customers in person. The tasks are challenging but offer a good opportunity for learning. My supervisor was hands-off and allowed me to figure things out on my own before seeking assistance. Overall, my internship was very rewarding, and there were complimentary snacks and beverages available.
