An International apparel sourcing company in Penang is looking for qualifield and experienced candidates with leadership qualities to fill up the following position:-
SOURCING
Think of sourcing as the ability to find a manufacturer that has the technology and industrial processes necessary to develop and produce a product that is indigenous to your brand.
MANUFACTURING
Our manufacturing base is global and has been strategically developed to service international brands. Goods are produced in product specific competent environments so as to ensure execution in a commercially viable manufacturing set-up.
PRODUCTION
Our production teams are located around the world at points of product development and manufacturing. Working a strict 1-5 AQL standard, our production facilities abide by global quality standards. Our integrated manufacturing supply chain focuses from fiber to finished product delivery.
MERCHANDISING
Where possible, our demand chains are designed to meet the marketing and sales timelines of the brand. In addition country of origin and country of destination are always considered to enhance other trade agreements promoting both increased margin and speed to market.
Lastly we have a detailed work in progress tracking system that give constant visibility from purchase order through to delivery to customer.
QUALITY
We determine quality from the start of product ideation. The quality of a design to market execution timeline. The quality of communication and collaboration. The quality of innovation expressed in product engineering bill of materials and assembly instruction. The quality and testing of the developed fabrics and sundries. And certainly, the quality of a product en route to market.
TRANSPORTATION
We move product by air, rail, sea, and road to your port of choice and/or directly to your distribution center.
